Centrino and Mobile

Hmm, can anybody explain to me the differences between Intel Centrino Processor and Intel Pentium Mobile processor?

Is it nowadays every laptop equiped with Intel Centrino Processor?
 
pentium M is just a processor that draws little power and is very similar to the pentium 3. its a very nice processor.

centrino is just a computer set up. to be called a centrino, a computer must have a pentium processor, intel pro wireless, and the intel 855/915 chipset. it has speedstep technology. um...thats all i can remember
 
hmm, i m not very clear about it?
So, Centrino is just a name of the Wireless Technology rite?

So, Intel Pentium M Processor is better or Mobile Intel Pentium 4 is better?

Intel Pentium M has 2.13Ghz max speed whereas Mobile Intel Pentium 4 has up to 2.6 Ghz speed?
 
they have a totally different architecture. pentium 4 has 800 mhz fsb and 1 mb of L2 cache. pentium m is based off the pentium 3 architecture, has 400 mhz fsb and 2 mb of L2 cache. clock for clock pentium M will dominate most if not all processors. i love pentium 3's :) and the pentium M draws very little current and saves a lot of power.

centrino is just a specific configuration of a computer with the stuff i already listed. kinda like a big mac, a fry, and a drink is the big mac meal or #5 or whatever number it is.
