certain things missing on a 4 computer network

at work they have 4 computers, with one serving as the server.
there is one trucking program that can be accessed by the 3 downline computers, but on one of them the program is missing certain tab's that are needed, but they are there on the other two.
anyone know what would cause this, the program works, it's just missing some tab's for different things??

give us some specifics...

what os are all computers using.
what is the program called
is it accessed via a web browser?

2 of the computers are vista and 2 xp
1 of the xp acts as the server
not accessed by browser
not sure of the actual name of the program, will check tomorrow and let you know

problem computer is XP
the program is not a commercial program, it was made for the company i work for
