Change Language Windows Xp Prof.

I bought my laptop in Italy with Windows XP already installed in the italian version. Is there any free of charge way to change the OS all in English? Do I have to buy the English version? Thanks!!!
 
Do you have the Windows CD that might have come with the laptop? If you re-install it using that there should be an option to choose English.
 
They didn't give me any cds but the first time I switched the laptop it asked me if i wanted to burn back up cds, and I did it... do you think they would have the English version anyway?
 
Im not sure, as far as i know the only way to change the language is to re-install windows using the Windows CD.
