Change my drive letters how ?

could you be clearer, those letter are just the same but in different order. But i think you want
1. Log on as Administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
2. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Administrative Tools, double-click Computer Management, and then click Disk Management in the left pane.
3. Right-click the drive, the partition, the logical drive, or the volume that you want to assign a drive letter to, and then click Change Drive Letter and Paths.

apj101 is right
that's about the easiest way to do it
i had to do that the other day...only things is:
say you got one hdd as c, one hdd as d, and then you have cd drives as e and f
if you're wanting to change hdd 2 to drive letter e, and cd 1 to drive letter d, you have to change it a few more times...for example, change hdd 2 to some off the wall letter like m or something. then change cd 1 to drive d. then you can change hdd 2 to drive e
hope that makes sense. the computer won't let you put two drives with the same letter. or at least mine wouldn't

actually, that is only for windows XP and 2000, but you can always get to that window quicker by typing compmgmt.msc in the run box(start>run>compmgmt.msc)
