Change Wallpaper

So I have a folder of wallpapers i like.
I want it so ever now and then (set time) it changes picking one from the folder (automaticall).
Anyone have experience with programs that do this?

I googled it but thousands came up...i was just wondering if someone knew of a good one.
Free is almost a must.

yeah i have a system utility program called Advanced System Optimizer. it does lots of stuff, including wallpaper changing that you require..

i havent really found any programs that are free and are as good as ASO.

theres plenty of free software. I used webshots and still do. Get the older ver it is better. An excellent proggy is irfanview.com. Make sure to download all the pluggins. this program will support every video, music type or what ever. its been free for years. its got every video and audio codec you can think of besides basic picture editing features like resizing, batch renaming and conversion.
Oh yeau.....i forgot.
it does wallpaper.
