Changing Disk letters

i just installed WindowsXP Home on my computer.
But it is weird, the Primary harddrive is Cnormal)
the CD Drive is Dweird) and the secondaryharddrive i put in afterwards (which was already formatted) is E:

i want it like this
PRIMARY: (C
SECONDARYD
CD-RW Drive: (E

how do i make it like this, where do i go???

Go into Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Computer Management. Go down the list to "Disk Management" and on the right you can click on a drive and right click to change or assign drive letters.

Under Additional options you will see a checkbox that says "Disable smileys in text."
