Changing Input Language? Messed up Installations!

First post so bare with me haha

I recently bought a new laptop, and I made a mistake in the begining of the installation, where I should have chosen a different language.

Now most of my input language on sites are in that language. Is there a way to change that back to all english so I know what I'm clicking? lol

What Operating system are you using for Windows XP go into the control panel and go to the date, time, language and regional section then click the regional and language icon and click the tab language you should beable to change it from there.
 
I still have the same problem.

For an example, I go on youtube and instead of seeing everything in english, half is in spanish while the other half is in english.

How do I make it so everything becomes english again?
