Changing Laptop HDD to SSD

I have been thinking about upgrading the HDD in my laptop from a mechanical to a SSD and was wondering what i need to do about windows. I do not own a copy of windows, it was on the laptop when i purchased it.

The best result for installing an SSD is to install a fresh copy of Windows. However, when that isn't possible you CAN clone the SSD.

Get the one with the data transfer cable, it was so quick, I upgraded mine last night... Great upgrade
