Changing my music playlist from WMA format to MP3 format

I have about 712 songs in my Windows Music Playlist and I was wondering if there's away to change all of those songs from WMA to MP3 in 1 big conversion? Besides of making about 37 audio CD's then convert them into MP3 format or taking each track and converting it into a MP3 format.

DBpoweramp does batch conversions from wma/mp3/ogg/mp4 or whatsoever. but i don't know if you have the patience to wait..lol
what i do is everytime i get an audio cd, i rip it as mp3, to avoid the hassle's with wma's
