Hello all.
I have a Linksys 4 Port Eatherfast Cable/DSL router - -Model BEFSR41.
I have two computers attached to them - one is my home pc, the other being a deployed computer from my job, as I work from home. I am hooked up to high speed cable internet service with 5 Megs.
Bottom line, work pc is not working at its best, and my work's IT department called and pinged my system.
The system pinged at 100 milliseconds, and the right ping should be at 35 milliseconds.
Is there any way I can get the speed back from 100 to 35 milliseconds? And, the 192.168.1.1 Linksys address is not working either.
Please...any advice is deeply appreciated because I work from home and really need to keep this job.
Thank you in advance.
