Changing password on hotmail and security in internet Cafes?

I keep passwords and other important info I send myself on Hotmail, I logged in on my account in an internet café and realised that if someone and put a keylogger on the computer could get my info. Firstly, how do you change your password?

Secondly, how do you check for keyloggers in internet cafes?

Considering these machines should be locked down from installing any software unless allowed by administrator, wouldn't think you would have to worry about that.

You'd probably be surprised that most of the time places like this aren't locked down.
