Cheap 939 motherboard.

I am in need of a new motherboard for my 939 athlon 4000+ I am looking for one that can O.C my 4000+ up to the 3 Ghz range and dont want to spend more than 70 dollars. the one that I have found through researching is this one:

oes anyone have any other suggestions? Even if its out of the budget suggest it anyway, but try to stay in the budget.

your gonna need a good chipset for ocing but i can suggest one of these :

first one if you have a AGP video card and 2nd one if your using a PCI-E but if your going budget wise your motherboard has intergrated video so you wont need to get a video card

Thank you for the suggestions. My only concern is that I have an arctic freezer pro already and I am worried about hitting the heatsink that is right below the socket
