Cheap build

Ok, so my parent's 6 year old computer has become quite out of date now. I've been cleaning out the dust and maintaining it as much as I can, but now it's just become far to much. This is what I've come up with for a computer for them:

Case/PSU: HEC 6C28BBX585 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 585W Power Supply
[OLD - Case/PSU*: APEVIA X-QPACK-NW-BK/420 Black Aluminum 1.0 w/ ABS plastic front panel MicroATX Desktop Computer Case 420W Power Supply]

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80570E8400
Video Card: EVGA 256-P2-N751-TR GeForce 8600 GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card
Drive: LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD Burner Black IDE Model DH-20A4P-04
RAM: OCZ SLI-Ready 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2N800SR2GK
HD: Have one I'm going to use to replace the old one with already.

Total: $404.95
[$349.95 after mail-in rebates]

Will everything fit together? I'm fairly sure I have everything right.

Looks okay for a budget build, have you considered the 512MB version of the 8600 GT?

And you need a CD/DVD drive.

Wops, forgot to link the drive - Done. And I was a bit worried about the PSU and a high powered card.

Edit: My father loves war-type first person shooters. As long as it can play CoD4 on normal setting's I'm fine with it. Right now he's playing Battlefield 2 with everything on low and the smallest screen size. :/

True, but I don't think it would fit in the MicroATX case. If I change the video card I'll lose $55 in rebates and if I change the case I'll lose $15. If something doesn't really fit, I don't want to change those, unless I can get it better and for cheaper. :/

Edit: Updated the case. It's $5 cheaper and has a better PSU plus more room.
