Cheap but equally good temporary motherboard

I found the problem to my computer and its the motherboard a broken v-bus shorted it out and or bad power supply I'd like to get the mother board first till i can replace it with the same model so i'd like some recommendations on motherboards less than $65

A few things. If your power supply shorted your motherboard, you would want to replace it at the same time or risk it happening again. And two, why would you spend $65 on a temporary motherboard until you can spend $90 on the one you want? Just buy the one you want for $30 more.

If you don't have the money, I wouldn't buy that same motherboard again, it would be a waste of money. And I'd definitely test to make sure it's not the PSU before you buy and install a new motherboard.

Consider that you'll be saving yourself $65 ultimately over temp+'real' by just getting the better board the first time around.

That sounds like you're trying to make a cop-out based on laziness..
 
Well um I used a different power supply (haven't plugged in a monitor just the things that supply power to the motherboard and it works fine on my old power supply 250 watt I'm pretty sure

So you replaced your motherboard and it works? Aren't you glad you tested that before buying a new motherboard only for it to fry again?
