What would be the best combo between power and cost of a PCI video card. looking for upgrade.

What's CHEAP? A FX5500(or something around that level) is what, $70 now...

Well I beleive the best card you can get for PCI is the 5500, or something around that range. Just check new egg. I'm quite sure they dont go over $100. Just be sure it's not PCI Express(unless that's what you ARE looking for, and not regular PCI)
