Cheap, fast, and quick

Hey guys

Looking to buy this week so I won't ponder too much. Will be my second build.

Looking for a PC that is fast at starting programs, has a relatively good boot time, and most importantly, won't crash.

I will not be doing any gaming on it at all most likely; Youtube may be the most intensive graphic work it will ever have to face. Nontheless, I need to be able to run a monitor at least a 24" HD monitor, and possibly even a 2560x1440 if I save up enough dough :D

Please see the system below. I want to know:
1) How can I improve the system for better speed?
2) Is there a place where I should be spending more or less money?
3) Do I even need a Graphics Card? If so, is this one good enough?

Thanks so much for all your help.

Intel Core i5 3470 (3.2gHz, 3.6gHz turbo) $193
ASRock B75M-R2 $64 (is this enough?)
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1300mHz
Powercolour Radeon HD7750 4GB $105 (Do I need this?)
WD Blue 1TB (Will upgrade if necessary)
Thermalake Black Versa w/ 500W

Get these instead:
The integrated GPU on Haswell is much more powerful, so you won't need an external GPU for YouTube (or even a few games)

And I condone the use of SSDs. My system skips the Windows welcome screen (Windows 7) because it's so fast :)

EDIT: I can't tell what power supply you are going to use, but if it comes with the case, I wouldn't recommend it.
Get a CX430M or CX500M (500M gives you connectors and power enough to add a 6870 or alike in the future)

If you got another $20 to spend, I would recommend these motherboards over the P33.
ASUS B85M-G
MSI B85M-G43

^I agree; if you're not doing any gaming, you may as well go with Haswell and no dedicated GPU, because you're not going to need the extra GPU power. If you want fast boot and program load times, you would be better off spending the extra money on an ssd, even if it's a cheap one like a Crucial V4. As long as you get a decent power supply, you could always easily upgrade the GPU later on if you end up needing it.
