Cheap gaming build

Hey guys i need a cheap gaming build for my little bro his emachine t3393 broke and i cant seem to fix it. As for parts im looking at:

Im pretty sure you guys will tell me to pick a better mobo :p but idk. I have a hard drive - seagate barracuda 7200.12 and the old case and CD drive i will reuse i think. Case is mATX. I got Win 7 64 bit in there total comes to 400. Id like to stay as close to that number as possible. Thanks :D

Then also may get 3 cheap rosewill fans with LED's for fun :D. The case has a spot for an 80 mm fan on back but then would i be ok with possibly drilling out holes as it looks like in the spot for the 80mm fan or getting some kind of cover for it that kind of looks like a screen door type material if you understand me lol ^^. These will be going on the case cover on the side that is just a flat peice of steel.
