Cheap graphic card

Can anyone recommend a cheap GPU that supports dual monitors, preferably dual wide screens? Thanks, my brain is fried from searching the internet.

AGP or PCI-E? Any video card with two monitor connectors will support dual displays. Do you need dual DVI?

How cheap? 50 bucks? 70 bucks? 20 bucks? I would say a 6200 or a 7300gs if you have about 60 bucks.
