cheap home theater system

So my parents want to get a cheap home theater system. Doesn't have to be fancy, or all that powerful (the rooms pretty small). We have a Best Buy, Comp USA, Circuit City and Microcenter close to us, so it would be best if it's from there. It would be perfect if it's from Best buy, as we have a $50 giftcard to there.

Soo, anyone have any suggestions? Budgets about $200 i guess, doesn't have to be great.
