The Corsair HX520 would easily be my pick - $80.99 after rebate at http://www.clubit.com/product_detail.cfm?itemno=A6200026&cmp=OTC-fr00g13.
Antec's TP3 series isn't modular, but the NeoHE 500W is a very good unit, and widely available at under $90 without the need for rebates.
