Cheap nVidia recommendation

At some point in the future, I plan on buying an inexpensive (<$75) fanless nVidia card. No AMD/ATI cards.
I don't like using integrated video... web pages and video both stutter when running F@H SMP, and time per frame suffers.
I watched Task Manager, and just scrolling web pages in Firefox momentarily takes up to 25% of processor activity.
Keep that up for a while and that adds up.
I don't want a card with a fan because I don't want any more noise. Plus, I'm no gamer.

There's Jaton, PNY, EVGA, Asus, etc.

Any recommendations? Or are they all junk at that price point?

id avoid the 520 over the 430, the 430 is the better card, id buy either the zotac or asus myself. zotac is a fine brand, they even have limited lifetime warranties on cards. not sure why people badmouth them so much

I think the problem is that Zotac makes some great products and some awful ones. In general, Asus has a clean reputation.

True, but I don't see the 430 doing that much better than the 520 for videos and his uses.
