Cheap RAM w/heatsink??

I found some Geil RAM that is really cheap, yet has a heatsink . Now that is truly odd. How much performance do you think you could get out of it, and do you think it will overclock well ? here is a link:

It is value RAM, but Geil is a reputable company. It should overclock, but not nearly as well as some mid and high end RAM.

Can you recommend any Mid-range RAM?

Soem peopel have reported getting Winbound chips in theirs. If you do, you'll get the performancs of a pricier RAM like OCZ VX. But You'll need a motherboard with VDIMM up to at least 3.3 v to get it workign optimumly. Then again, you might not even get the Wnbound dies on your set...
