cheap system

i need a cheap computer to run MAME arcade emulator and other emulators. I need about 1ghz and up cpu and 512 ram. video must be direct X 8 compatable w/ 16MB or more. my price range is as cheap as possible AKA no more than 150. I'm willing to by a good older system from anybody.

i think all i need is mobo cpu and vid. i have a case with a 145W PSU. could buy a 250W case for $35 at a local store. 150 US$

i was thinking an Athlon XP 2200 or some thing.

With a DX8 card and 512 thats pushing it (and case and psu too... thats really pushing it)
