Cheaper Budget, Quality Computer?

Hey, first post, yay I'm a forum n00b again.

I was wondering if any of you know about where best to get a computer for, value for money wise.

Looking for (very ish):

i5 (lowest quad core would be nice)
4GB DDR3
1-1.5TB HDD
No monitor.
Mouse + Keyboard not necessary, can buy cheap elsewhere.
Overclocked a positive but unessential.
etcetc

How low can I push the budget for that kind of a PC? Can any of you give me examples?

£600? £500? £400?

I am capable of building myself, but would much rather buy pre-built.

I'll be using it for (non-extreme) gaming and occasionally heavier audio, video and photo editing. And fraps. And Comodo Dragon :D

It would be easiler to control the budget if you build it yourself.
