cheapest gaming computer

my friend might be interested in purchasing or building a semi gaming computer.
and maybe an everyday computer.
he has a macbook laptop, and wants to game, like CSS.
i offered for him to get a desktop.

this should be fairly cheap, seeing how he might only want to play css and other low requirement games.

he wants it under ... $350 i believe.
but, try and keep as cheap as possible.

uh.
you dont have to add a monitor, but if its in the budget ok.
iam sure he can snag a cheap monitor.
