I want to buy it from a legit site for a resonable price....aka -$239.99 if you guys find it for less than that please post it..

BtW..plz dont link to OeM Items because i just dont trust anything over 100 to be OeM

The drivers cd that comes with boards are about useless, most are outdated by the time the board is sold! the cd is handy if the OS doesnt have the LAN or phone modem drivers to get on line to download the most recent drivers!
