cheapest windows 7 compatible graphics card

Can anyone recommend a really cheap graphics card that can fully run all windows 7 effects?
It has to be a low profile card, and I would like something with either 2 vga ports, a vga and dvi, or a vga and hdmi, those are hard to find in low profile cards though, so one dvi and a splitter will do if I have to.
I only have an agp slot and a regular pci, which makes it even harder to find.

Thanks for any help!!!

Its a gateway e4100 midtower, I know old... 2.5gb ram 160gb sata hard drive, hyper threaded pentium 4 3.0 ghz.

motherboard- http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d865glc/sb/cs-008974.htm

Intel Part Number: D865GLC, D865PESO

Gateway Part Number: 4000888, 4000824

In my computer 2 of the pci ports are covered by the power supply, I don't know why they designed it like that. So I have one pci and one agp. and I have an onboard vga, but the agp card disables it. right now I have an old geforce mx440 in it, but it doesn't support areo in windows 7.

looking at the listing, dont buy there, god thats expensive, go with this: doesnt need to be dx10 to run aero, just needs dx9 graphics acceleration:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Dell-XF...108?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item2ec0fce25c

Right from the horses mouth:

Note A Windows Aero-capable graphics card is a graphics card that meets the following requirements:

Supports a Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) driver
Has a DirectX 9-class graphics processor unit (GPU) that supports Pixel Shader 2.0
Supports 32 bits per pixel
Passes the Windows Aero acceptance test in the Windows Driver Kit (WDK)

Also the 7600 will be a much faster card than the measley 8400, i owned 3 of em, 1 pci-e, 1 mobile 7600, and a 7600 GS AGP

again, its a midtower, so it has to be a low profile card a.k.a. half height card. in order to get that in this computer I would have to leave the side panel off and cut off the metal support on the back... Thanks for the info though :)

I had also thought about this one...

Well that just shot that in the foot, check newegg for a 8400 then, no one makes performance agp low profile cards apparently

one of two things. 1. The graphics card will not power on at all. or 2. you blow the supply taking most of the computer with it.

Thanks for your help, I figured it would be something like that... I guess I'll see if they ever made a power supply I could get in there, but I doubt it.

probably could do it with a 5450. If the p4 didn't run so hot... or if you had another 20 watts you could put a 6450 in there.

Thanks for trying to help, but for me even something as simple as a graphics card always turns into a complicated mess... And I have no PCIe port only AGP and original PCI.

I did manage to find this PSU that I think I could fit in there

the extra 70 watts should help...

Thanks everyone for your continued help!!!
