Im not including a GPU because im taking my old 6800 out of my old computer and putting it in until its time to buy for DX10.

Any suggestions or did i miss anything?

Forgot to mention it totals to 750.00. Also dont need a monitor and im gonna convert the old pc to a media pc.

looks good to me but be warned about that g skill ram there are tons of problems with it would reccomend a more stabler 2gb or if price is too high just get a really good stick of 1gb other than that looks good and nice idea on waiting for other dx10 cards me personally I don't have the patance for that

get a S3 965P chepset, much better than the older S3 board you have. and get this case, its better airflow, layout, and very solid:
