I'm pretty sure that computer should be able to run every game you listed with a decent fps.

that is going to lag some on the COD games. The GPU that it has is a mainstream dedicated model. It will handle Combat arms well (heck CA will play on a GMA 900, even a Raedon 9800pro) but that isnt the same in call of duty.
I suggest at least a 4750 or higher (generally any *750 or higher sequences) for call of duty.
