Check this build please!

I made a similar thread where I was looking for ideas for what I should get for my next build. Now that I have 85% of my parts figured out the total comes to about $1454.90. The rebates almost exactly cancel out all the shipping costs. I'm now in the process of refining my build as well as possible cutting down on the cost. My signature shows the general idea of my current build but here are the links/names etc. I'm kind of iffy about a couple parts I chose. Mainly the graphics card and mother board but I'll go on about that after the current part list.

Current Parts:

Like I said earlier I'm not comfortable with the motherboard I chose as well as the graphics card. I think I could get a graphics card that would suit my needs for closer to $130-150. The one I had my eye on was a "SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100328VXL Radeon HD 6770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5"(Links will be at the bottom). Considering the graphics card I currently have chose is around $303 after shipping and rebates. Whereas the Sapphire Vapor-X is about $119 after shipping and rebates. From what I've seen of the Sapphire, it seems more than capable to do what I want. What do you guys think about it? I want you opinions. Also with regards to the MoBo I chose, I'm not exactly doubting it a good board, the only problem is it has 1 review and I'm not comfortable with buying a board with 1 review, though it is 5 stars. The mother board must have a Z68 and at least 20 reviews on newegg so I can get multiple perspectives on the product.

EDIT: Also, if you have had any experience with any of the parts I mentioned please tell me how they worked out for you! Thanks!

Thank you in advance, any help will be greatly appreciated!

idk if caviar black is forth the extram money, but it's 5 or 10 less than normal now i think, and also they have almost the same ram for 65 but i think it's timing is 9-9-9-24 or something like that instead of 8's

Thanks for the recommendations, I'll look into those gpu's and when I eventually get this baby going I'll tell you what I think of the case. Also still looking for a MoBo, LGA 1155 as well as a Z68 chipset!

Thanks!
