Checking compatibility for new build

Hello,

There are so many specs to check as far as compatibility, I'd like some extra eyes with more experience.

Unless you have something MUCH better for the SAME (give or take a few dollars) price, please don't waste my time with opinions and upgrades. I've already read reviews and believe that these items will suit my needs. Just a yes or no to compatibility would be much appreciated.

Mobo - That support up to DDR3 1200
For budget motherboard, consider ASRock 870 EXTREME3. If you want better brand, just go for Asus/ Gigabyte

9500GT is not good for the price. Have a look at 9800GT 512MB/ 4670 1GB DDR3
