What kind of software and tasks are you looking to run on your new laptop, Mishu?

Well considering that Macs are marketed strongly on many colleges around the United States Dubesinhower does have a point. You go to look at a college and they woo you by saying "We have an Apple repair center right on campus", and the parents go "oooh ahhh, wow" and Macs are purchased. They also market to the target audience by offering a free Ipod with the purchase of a Macbook around the time school starts.

Ha ha - so true. They have gotten "better" in their advertising over the years. I must admit, they know their target audience well.

Best laptop you can buy is a Macbook Pro. I have owned, serviced, and repaired almost every major laptop brand. The best one I have ever owned is the Macbook Pro by far.
