:( christmas HW problem

Hello computer forum, a while ago i asked you for help, to choose graphic card.
My base computer stats were
Intel Core i5-2310 CPU @ 2.90GHZ 3.10 GHZ
My RAM is 2x4GB
AMD Radeon HD 6570 2gb memory
Vista 64x
400W Standard ATX 2.2 PSU

so you told me to get some new graphic card and power supply. So i bought

Yesterday i received those hardware parts and i instaled them. Well evereything seemed ok when i test started pc(alll fans were rotating + card also rotating) and when i joined to my monitor, there is no signal coming up from HDMI(but card was ON). Please help me ... :(
 
Hook up through the dvi and see if you get signal. Did you attach the 6 pin pci express power connectors?
 
So i have finally installed drivers and card is now working only for VGA input.... when i'll put in HDMI one... There is no signal :( any clue what's the problem ?
 
Like asked, do you have the PCIe power connectors plugged in? Your not attaching the monitor with the system running?
 
Well the graphic card got two power connectors -> one is 6pin and second one is 8pin . I got attached both of them. No even when i plug HDMI when PC turned off. It dont work.
 
is it possible that i have different HDMI cable instead of that one it need ? Coz this Graphic card's HDMI slot is 1x HDMI 1.4a and im not really sure if i got 1.4
 
Well the card doesnt have a VGA port, only HDMI/DisplayPort and two DVI ports. What ports does your monitor have?
 
They are the same, DVI just doesnt carry sound. Just by chance, in your monitor settings look and see if it has a input setting that you can change from displayport/HDMI or DVI. It might have each or a Auto setting.
