Chrome and IE wont load Interweb-Firefox will

So I recently changed some settings on my new router (network name, password, etc)

since then, only Firefox can connect to the internet

Chrome, IE, iTunes, etc- All act like there is no connection

in CMD I can ping websites and get a response just fine

I am wired to my router, which is directly connected to my internet. So I am in no way wireless. but all my wireless peripherals work fine (laptop, xbox, iPhone)

anyone have any ideas why/what I can do to fix this issue?

Firewall Permissions

Have you given Chrome and IE permission to access the internet through your firewall?
 
I would think you have a software firewall that isnt allowing them access? Did you change your ip range?

Or perhaps there is a proxy server configured in them?
