Chrome bookmarks bar

I just switched over to Google Chrome, and am trying to display my bookmarks across the top in a bar similar to what I had in Pale Moon, but can't seem to get it done. I've checked the box that says "display bookmarks bar", but that doesn't do it.

Any suggestions?

Only thing i see for this. If ya also right click just the bar it should be checked 'show bookmark bar'.
Have to wait for someone else to reply. those are the only two settings i see.

What I ended up doing was clicking and dragging each of my imported bookmarks into the bookmarks bar. The desired effect is achieved, but it seems like there should have been an easier way! There probably was, but I more than likely missed it.

When you add a bookmark you have to specify it being saved in the bookmarks bar.
