Chrome cast or similar alternative for streaming video

I want to stream anything on my computer screen to big flat TV (not 4k). I used to do it with a chrome cast, but now there are new comers like the chrome cast 2015, and the amazon fire tv stick, many versions of Roku, etc. What is my best choice to move what I see on my computer monitor to a big TV screen without cables? (wifi). Besides from chrome, do others I mentioned do the same of transferring the monitor to TV wifi?

Chromecast is still the best imo.

Chromecast is still the better one. Widest selection of stuff. Granted you can't natively stream Amazon stuff, but you can always just cast that tab from your computer.
