Chrome freezes when watching videos on YouTube

Chrome freezes when I'm watching videos on Youtube,then it starts to work again as usual. I have this problem ever since I downloaded Chrome.
I don't think the problem is my computer. Btw,I use Windows 10.

So it works fine using a different web browser? Make sure hardware acceleration is enabled.
