Chrome, IE, etc Don't Work but I'm Connected to the Internet

Hi, I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks now. I recently moved, and ever since the internet was installed, I haven't been able to use google chrome, internet explorer or any other browser. The thing is, I can use MSN Messenger, Ares, etc.
There are 2 other people living with me, and their computers work just fine.
And also, I'm able to connect to other networks and use the browsers without any problem, it just doesn't seem to work with MY network.
Can someone help me fix this please?

Check the setting,if nothing in there works,reinstall them.A good way to tell if IE is working is to try windows hotmail from the msn messenger.
I had problems with my IE ages back,it would work,but for some reason it would from windows hotmail.
Also if they don`t work after this try firefox or opera,and if this doesn`t work post back.
 
Can you ping an outside WAN address?, try pinging google 209.85.135.104, if you can ping it try visit it the IP address not the domain on the browsers, just type the ip address straight into the address bar. if you can then its a DNS issue where your comptuers not picking up the DNS servers on your network properly. if its not picking up DNS properly then manually put int the DNS servers into your computer, or make sure you haven't got anything in the LAN connection already.

Let me/us know what you can ping or how far out you can ping.
