Chrome letters not sharp

For some reason the text on google chrome is not very sharp. It looks like it is in bold letter. \
anybody know how to correct that?

Try resetting chrome. Other than that, I don't know. Maybe a system restore back to when it was ok.

Uninstall then reinstall it.

Disable display scaling in display settings (search via Cortana if needed)

I tried that but didn't work. it does not have that problem with the original monitor. Its only become like that when i used it with a different monitor, which i am using now. I tried two different monitors and its all the same. the letters are fine on computerforum.com though. thats so weird.
