Chrome OS assistance

Ive recently been using the Chrome OS in my two laptops and really enjoy how easy it is to move around and use. However, I seem to be running into issues getting it to load on other computers. I cant get it to load on my Dell Duo netbook or any of my desktop pcs. It kind of defeats the purpose when im using it all the time on my lappies but cant get it to boot up on a desktop. I didnt read anywhere that it is not compatible with desktops but Im at a loss here...

Well got it working on my Duo, apparently the battery was to low to allow it to work. Android works much better on the duo than ChromeOs does, but it it is usable. No touchscreen support though.
