Chrome weirdness

Randomly when I open a new tab or a link opens in a new tab, instead of the page opening I just get a white screen and it says "Rate-Limit exceeded" and nothing else. What gives?

Not really. Just happens once every once in awhile now when I open a new tab.

Usually that's a server side code. What's your default/new tab point to ?

My new tab doesn't point to anything. It's literally just a blank tab.
