Citrus based cleaners

Hello, i just bought TIM clean, an Akasa product. Now this is a CPU and heat sink cleaner, but it says its citrus based.

I went on the arctic silver web page and it said not to use oil based cleaning products and more importantly citrus based problems. Now why would akasa sell a citrus based cleaner if it wasnt safe for the processor. WHATS GOIN ON?! sorry, just a small amount of confusion

i've used citrus based cleaner for electrical equipment before; they're used because they degrease and dont leave a residue... i think that arctic silver may have a problem with this type of agent because of the amount of metal content in the thermal compound
