I wouldn't be too sure of that since you don't seem to have a clue about the games industry. Which I determined from the following post in a thread about getting a Doom 3 gore mod.

I want to know how to do a mod for doom 3 which allowes more gore

And, recruiting to train, what do you mean by that. Usually a clan recruits members whom they think are good enough, not recruit any beginner and train 'em.
