Claring temp, cookies etc using Hotkey!!!

Is there any free program out there that will allow me to clear my temp files, cookies etc. using CCleaner but without anyone knowing. So I could simply press a button on my keyboard and it would run in the background and then close?

I've heard of hotkey, but I'm not sure exactly what it does, would it work using that pogram?

It doesn't take that long to clear it anyway. Why do you need it to run in the background?
