Clean Install Windows 7

So on my current Computer , which is terrible and slow on it's own, I want to do a fresh reinstall of Windows 7/Factory Settings , but at the retailer i bought it I got a copy of windows that was not official and so now i'm stuck with a non genuine PC but the PC is really slow. Anything I could do untill I get a new one? It can barely run Chrome with a few other programs open (Discord , Skype , CCleaner , PowerISO , Anti Virus (forgot the name something with B)) . I cannot run most games and I do not have Office which I will need in School. I want to get a newer PC but I have to get 2 new phones for me and my sister (current ones are really bad) and ontop of that I need a new PC. I'm trying to push the last straw of life out of it

HP Compaq dc7900 Small Form Factor (Model)
2 GB RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate 32x bit (the retailer first had it on visita then windows xp then on windows 7)
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz
Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset (796 MB Total available graphics memory) (DirectX10)
71GB Free (149GB Total)
64x bit Capable

Run "sfc /scannow" in command prompt.

Run all Windows Updates (should be automatic)
 
I cannot acces Windows Updates due to my Windows version not being Genuine :/
I already have found PC's I like that have good specs but I'm saving money so I could afford them
I do run CCleaner but MalwareBytes makes the loadup time of my PC 15 minutes longer
I'm going to try the AdwCleaner and sfc /scannow thank you for your advice
 
It's slow because you only have 2gb of ram, heck it's slow on 4gb of ram. Stop any unnecessary applications from running at bootup and maybe get rid of any installed antivirus program such as norton's or McAfee since they are memory hogs.
 
I didnt have Norton or McAfee , on startup I dont have many programs that start up. But my PC has gotten significcently slower in comparison to 5 or more months ago...
 
I don't use my PC for intense gaming or 4k hardcore video editing. I do lighter stuff like Minecraft , Skyrim (lowest settings) , and a bunch of 2d games, also paladins. I also do digital drawing but I need to get a drawing tablet later on.I also use my PC for school and write in Office Online then save it on my USB so I can get those 5 GB that you don't have to pay for on Office Online. Personally I think I need 4 GB RAM for less intense video editing for animations and such.
 
You really need about 8gb of ram to be really efficient. I've seen so many machines with only 4gb that run like dogs. So have you ran malwarebyes and adwcleaner to check for malware? What antivirus do you use? Open task manager to check your cpu, ram, and disk usage.
 
Yes i did run them . I don't use any specific since so many take so much ram but some are inefficient. I barely even use my CPU it goes from 1% to 40%
When chrome is open i use about 1,43 GB RAM.
