Does anyone know of a website where people are able to upload videos....and the website is appropriate for minors. No links to offensive sites, no offensive ads or anything offensive.

daily motion has some dodgy stuff on it, youtube is probably the est bit because they pay people to monitor it and take down anything dodgy
