cleaning hard drive shortcut?

I'm tryin to make room for some games and the curb your enthusiam series. i don't want to re-install windows, just wanna get rid of like oooh, 10 gigs. i did the basic stuff disk clean-up and uninstalling some of the biggest programs i don't use anymore. didn't really seem to do much. Is there any way i can look at everything thats takin up all this space?

Check out %appdata% for well appdata files and folders that were not deleted! Check %temp% for temp files or you could use CCleaner! Also delete old restore points.
