hay guys, i got a fingerprint on my lcd monitor can anyone suggest wat i shud use to remove it and clean my moniter?

Typically, I use a damp paper towel. Perhaps after I clean other parts of my computer(or my laptop) I just use it on the screen. You don't want to spray anything directly on the screen. Many people say not to use stuff like Windex on LCDs, but that's all I use :P It's probably better not to, if especially if they have any type of anti-glare coating or anything of that nature on them.

I use damp (with water) toilet paper (the soft quilted kind) to remove the mark and a dry piece to dry it off.

I bought this cleaner stuff at best buy like 2 years ago from monster and it is amazing it cleans my screens and it was like 5 bucks and came with an antistatic cloth and everything. I have only used like 1/4 of the huge bottle in 2 years well worth the 10 bucks in my eyes!

dont use anything ammonia based(windex may be ammonia based)it removes the anti glare crap or whatever on the lcd and ends up ruining the picture with repeated use
