Go into Add/Remove Programs and uninstall everything. Then go into My Documents, press CTRL+A, then Delete. Same with your desktop and everywhere else you have personal files, lol. Then when you are done use some sort of registry cleaner.

My pc's really messed up, donno what programs I need and stuff.. So I'd like to start from 0 ... And I mean like... 0.00 BUT with without uninstalling Windows! So I guesse that makes restarting from 1.00.... Is there an option to reset just about EVERYTHING on your computer? That delete's stuff like even plugins and updates... (optional...) If not... What is the best way to cleanup your pc? (there's to much sh*t to just see what I need to delete and what to keep, specially programs...)

if you got your pc from a major company, like dell hp or some other
you could order a factory reset disk, which basically reinstalls everything so the pc is like the first day you bought it

if you dont wana do that
uninstall all of your programs, except stuff that you need for your computer, like your audio program, and delete all your documents, then download a program to clean your computer's regrestry, and a virus program, not much else you can do!
