Clips playing wierd

Hi,

I seem to be having problems watching clips on Vlc media player OR Windows media player & media player classic is the same:confused:

This is what i see.....

As you can see theres definatly something wrong...i have the Full KLite codec pack instaled so i shouldnt think its a codec problem.:confused:

It only does it for a few seconds though and then the clips play ok until i try to fast farward in the clip it does the same:mad:

I do have the latest graphics drivers instaled.

It ONLY does this trying to watch clips on my pc....youtube plays clips fine and also when i game its fine.

Any ideas whats up?

Ive just tried watching a clip on the BBC website and its the same:confused:

Damn its so annoying.
 
Most vids do...they are in WMV format.

The only clips that dont do this at all is the youtube videos:confused:

Nope not yet....i will though.

Gonna find some alternative players right now.

However i dont think its just a player problem itself because when i try to watch clips on the BBC website (News) its the same:confused:

I havnt made any restore points:rolleyes:

I never do lol.

ooh i suppose i could try a repair instal of Xp?
 
There's no need, Windows makes a restore point itself like every week or so, there'll be on there you can use, just take a look :)
